This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses DealCircle.me and supplements our Terms of Service.

You must not:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or dealing in weapons, drugs, or trafficking.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications, or impersonate another person or organization.
• Post content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or obscene, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy.
• Send spam or otherwise violate our Anti-Spam Policy.
• Access accounts or data without authorization, probe or test for vulnerabilities without our permission, or bypass security or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, reverse engineer the Service, or use bots except where we expressly allow it.
• Circumvent platform fees or move a matched engagement off-platform to avoid them.
• Upload malware or disrupt, overload, or impair the Service.
• Use the Service or its data to build or train a competing product.

Consequences

• We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and pursue legal remedies where warranted.
