Anti-Spam Policy

DealCircle.me is a closed, invite-only professional network. This Anti-Spam Policy explains our commitment to anti-spam compliance — including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, where applicable, the US CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws — and the rules for member conduct.
1. Messages we send you
- We send account, transactional, and service messages (such as approvals, invitations, notifications, and verification codes) that are necessary to operate the Service. These are sent based on your account relationship with us and the consent you give at signup.
- Our emails clearly identify DealCircle.me as the sender and provide a way to manage or stop non-essential messages. Security- and account-critical messages, such as verification codes, may still be sent.
2. Rules for members
- Do not use DealCircle.me — including messages, deal rooms, contact requests, referrals, or any other feature — to send spam or unsolicited bulk or commercial messages.
- Contact other members only for a genuine, relevant, professional purpose.
- Do not harvest or scrape contact information, sell or share member lists, or use the Service to facilitate spam elsewhere.
- Where the law requires consent before sending commercial electronic messages, obtain it, and always honor opt-out requests.
3. Reporting
- Report spam or abuse to welcometo@dealcircle.me or through in-app support.
4. Enforcement
- Violations may lead to warnings, message restrictions, suspension, or termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.
